Sharon Hooks

Sharon Hooks is excited to begin her third year of teaching 4th Level at CLA. She is passionate about learning and loves being in the classroom with her students. She is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute and Liberty University where she graduated with a degree in Family and Consumer Science. While at LU, she also met her wonderful husband, Daniel. Together they have 4 amazing children - all of whom attend CLA. Sharon fell in love with CLA in 2016 when her children began attending. The rigorous academics, loving community, and partnership with parents have blessed the Hooks family tremendously and they are proud to be Griffins!  After obtaining her certification in General Studies with ACSI, Sharon had the opportunity to join the CLA staff in 2021. In her spare time Sharon enjoys reading - especially children’s literature and historical biographies - and cheering on her children at sporting events. She and her family are members of Faith Baptist Church.
