Sharon Hooks

Sharon Hooks is excited to begin her fourth year of teaching 4th Level at CLA. She is passionate about learning and loves weaving in biblical truths in all subject areas. She is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute and Liberty University where she graduated with a degree in Family and Consumer Science. While at LU, she met her wonderful husband, Daniel. Together, they have four entertaining children—one a proud CLA graduate and three currently attending. Sharon fell in love with CLA in 2016, when her children first enrolled. The rigorous academics, loving community, and partnership with parents have blessed the Hooks family tremendously and they love being Griffins! After obtaining her certification in General Studies with ACSI, Sharon had the opportunity to join the CLA staff in 2021. In her spare time Sharon enjoys reading - especially children’s literature and historical biographies - and cheering on her children at sporting events. She and her family are members of Faith Youngsville.
