Rebecca Redmond

Rebecca Redmond was born and raised in NC. She graduated from East Carolina University with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Rehabilitation Services, and then completed her education with a Master of Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill. She married her best friend Jason in 2008, who converted her into an NC State fan. Together they have five amazing kids - Caleb (12), Hannah (11), Ruth Anne (9), Daniel (7), and Noah (2). Her family joined the CLA community in 2020, and Mrs. Redmond joined the CLA Staff in 2024 as a Teacher Assistant. She is excited to be stepping into a new role this year as Grammar School Latin and Critical Thinking Teacher. She is passionate about learning and helping others appreciate the beauty and sovereignty of God in all things. She enjoys spending time laughing and doing life with her energetic family, serving her church on the worship team and teaching toddlers, walking in the neighborhood, reading historical and political fiction, cheering on kids at sporting events, listening to 90’s music, having dance parties in the kitchen, and eating ice cream.
