Kimberly Glidewell

Kimberly Glidewell lives in Wake Forest with her husband of 17 years, Matthew, and their daughter, Ruth, who is entering 6th Level at CLA. Kimberly is entering her second year as a 1st Level Teacher, following two years as a Teacher's Assistant at CLA. She has worked with children in many settings over the years: as a Reading Tutor in Virginia public schools, as a Pre-K teacher for eight years, and as an online English teacher for elementary students.

Kimberly is passionate about the early years of learning and delights in the joy of teaching a child to read. She considers it a true privilege to partner with parents in shepherding their children's hearts to know and follow Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Penny. The Glidewells attend and serve at Open Door Church in Raleigh.
