Kimberly Glidewell

Kimberly lives in Wake Forest with her husband of 16 years, Matthew, and their daughter, Ruth, who is entering 5th Level at CLA. Kimberly is excited to step into the role of 1st Level Teacher after serving as a Teacher’s Assistant for the past two years. She has enjoyed working with children in many different settings over the years, including as a Reading Tutor in Virginia public schools, teaching Pre-K for eight years, and teaching English online to elementary students. 

     She is passionate about the early years of learning, and loves the joys that come with teaching students to read. She considers it a true privilege to partner with parents in helping shepherd their children’s hearts to know and follow Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Penny. The Glidewell family attends and serves at Open Door Church in Raleigh.
