Cindy Morris

Cindy Morris grew up in Washington state, studied psychology at Seattle Pacific University and then went on to finish a masters degree in counseling psychology at Central Washington University. She counseled children, teens and women in private practice and residential treatment centers for ten years. She developed a love for education while homeschooling her children, Philip and Chloe. Chloe attended CLA (5th-12th grades) and graduated in 2024. This is Cindy’s sixth year at CLA as a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant and she considers it an enormous privilege to teach and to share the love of Christ with each of her students. She is a member of Faith Baptist church and serves as a counselor in their counseling ministry. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working in her flower gardens, reading historical fiction, baking, walking, and caring for her dog and cat.
