Angela Coltrane

Mrs. Coltrane graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance with a proficiency in voice.  She taught music and science at Neuse Christian Academy for 18 years until 2019 when she began homeschooling. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Angela grew up singing with her sisters and playing the flute and piano in church. She now enjoys singing in her church choir and working with the children’s choir. Mrs. Coltrane is looking forward to growing the CLA music program. She is excited to share her passion for music and its ability to bring us closer to God with the Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric students this year. Mrs. Coltrane loves to sing, shop, and travel.  She and her husband, Jim, who was her high school sweetheart, live in Youngsville with their two children, Alicia and Ethan, her dog, Addy, and her cat, Scoot.
