Natascha Trapp

Natascha Trapp was born and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina. She attended and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Bachelors of Arts degrees in Psychology and English. There, she met the love of her life, Jonathan Trapp. She later attended Columbia University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Education Leadership. She has served students in middle and high schools across the East Coast within the realms of public, private, and charter school education. She and Diane Hineline are the founders of Commission Leadership Academy. Natascha has always had a passion for families and the partnership between parents and educators to teach and shepherd the hearts of children. She and her husband have five children, four of whom are old enough to attend school at Commission: Neely, JW, Noa, Justus, and Jude. Nothing makes Natascha happier than seeing students and families making an impact in the world for Jesus.
